Just back from a 5.6 mile run, average pace of 8 minutes per mile! It’s nice to see some improvements with my speed. Really enjoyed myself too, it’s such a beautiful day, and running at home in the countryside is so much more rewarding than running in London.

Breakfast: Porridge with blueberries and raspberries, some grapes

Snack: A plum

Lunch: Tuna with low fat mayo, 4 ryvita crackers, salad, an apple, a fairy cake

Snacks: An orange, half a ryvita with peanut butter, a banana, an apple

Dinner: Cajun spiced salmon, salsa (avocado, tomatoes, sweetcorn, peppers), sugar snap peas, sweet potato mash

Dessert: 3 pieces of milk chocolate, a kiwi
