So I’m having the worst body image day today. Feel so crap, crap, crap.
Wanted to run, but couldn’t because my ankle is too painful. So decided to do some 30 day shred. And now I’ve somehow managed to do something horrible to my hip, and I’m now in a lot of pain and can barely sit down because it hurts too much.
What the hell is wrong with you, left side of body?! Pull yourself together!
