Breakfast: porridge with blueberries and raspberries
Snack: big slice of chocolate cake!
Lunch: tuna and low fat mayo, salad, a slice of rye bread, an apple, a tangerine, carrot sticks and low fat hummus
Snacks: some chunks of frozen mango, a banana with a little peanut butter
Dinner: veggie bean chilli, brown rice, broccoli, peas, broad beans and grated cheese
Dessert: blueberries and some plum with low fat natural yoghurt and a little honey, half a pancake
Ugh so stressed and hungry today. Eaten far too much!
Ugh I’m feeling so sad and tired today. We’ve put a deposit down on a new house (we’re getting kicked out our current one), and its just not where I wanted to live, but I just felt forced into accepting it as the others liked it. And now I’m feeling annoyed because I’m such a pushover and I just never stand up for myself. And so now I have to live somewhere i don’t like for 18 months.
And I just want to bury my sorrows in cheese and chocolate, and the frozen mango I’m using to distract myself isn’t working!
