Tried out this 30 day shred video for the first time today. I set my alarm early so I could get up and exercise, and honestly, I was so close to just rolling over and going back to sleep. But then I just thought ‘This is what you always do. You’ll never get anywhere if you don’t even try’
So I got up and did it!
It was good fun actually. I had to use baked bean cans instead of weights, as I don’t have any, but I could still feel my arms working. I need to buy weights to do this properly though! Its nice to start the day feeling like I’ve already done something!
Now I’m going to walk the 40 minutes to my GP placement while the others get a taxi. I’m just too healthy!
